Merci Solei · From concept to pop-upSolei Clip · The full campaign
A little accessory. A whole world around it.

The Solei Clip was conceived as the finishing touch to Merci Solei’s beach-day collection. The campaign connected product development, a styled editorial, behind-the-scenes content and the Beijo de Sol pop-up. Each touchpoint gave the same idea a different role: explain the product, show how it feels to wear it, and invite people to discover it in person.

An idea with a purpose
Complete the beach-day wardrobe with a small accessory that belongs beside the brand’s tote, pouch and swimwear.
A visual world
Carry the clip’s colors and playful shape into styling, photography and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
A shared experience
Introduce the product at Beijo de Sol, turning the campaign into a place to browse, try, connect and shop.
01 / The story
First, the idea.
A moodboard set the summer feeling. Sketches and material notes developed the starfish silhouette, glossy yellow finish and pink lettering. The moodboard includes reference photography used for inspiration.

02 / The story
Then, bring it to life.
The studio editorial shows the clip as part of a complete look. Styling, citrus props and saturated backgrounds make the accessory recognizable while showing how it is worn.

03 / The story
Give the story room to move.
Paired portraits and playful compositions build variety around the same visual direction. Behind-the-scenes footage takes the audience into the making of the campaign.

04 / The story
Finally, meet the community.
At Beijo de Sol, the story became an in-person launch at Black Pearl Boba Tea. Product displays, the collection and a drink collaboration brought the brand’s summer world into the café. The launch story documents the clip gifted with bikini purchases.

The approach
The work started with a summer moodboard and sketches, then translated that direction into butter-yellow acetate, a starfish handle and pink rhinestone lettering. The shoot extended the product’s personality through sunny styling, citrus and yellow-and-blue sets. The launch carried the story into Black Pearl Boba Tea with branded displays, a drink collaboration and the clip offered with bikini purchases.
Why it matters
For a client, this is how one product can become a complete campaign: design gives it a recognizable identity, photography makes that identity tangible, social content tells its story, and an event gives people a way to experience it. The pieces connect, so the brand feels familiar from the first image to the in-person encounter.
